Metal Ring Toss Games

I noticed people really enjoy playing the wooden ring toss games in bars, but they always get loose, misaligned, and pieces get lost. Also, they're awkward playing when sitting side-by-side. Not anymore! Commercial grade for bars & backyards. 2 versions:

11 gauge steel (0.116 in / 2.9 mm) cut and bent to shape, painted black, with non-slip rubber pads.

Adjustable Nylon Chord

Heavy duty 1.5 mm braided nylon cord and clamps to adjust your ring to the perfect height.

Personalize It!

Add your bar name, last name, or your favorite sports team. Up to 11 letters.

90ยบ Metal Ring Toss Game

The "Original" Metal Ring Toss Game now comes in a 90ยบ version! Perfect for when you're sitting side by side from your opponent. For two players.

Tips, Tricks & Top Shots

  • Adjust the cord length so bottom of ring lines up with the bottom of hook when hooked.
  • Point the legs of the game base directly at chest.
  • Gently toss the ring slightly to the left or right with just enough force to get there or bank off the backboard. It's just a soft flick of the wrist.
  • Leaner - Advance two slots! I've done it 3 times!
  • Hanger - Game winner! Never seen it done!
  • Trick Shot - Use both hands and try to make both rings in one simultaneous throw. Got more?

Single Metal Ring Toss

A slower paced game where up to players take turns throwing the ring a predetermined number of times (1-5) and advancing a game piece towards the winner's circle. 1-4 players (4+ if playing teams).

CURRENT STATUS

In Development

  • I'm not satisfied with the game play just being a race to 5 or 10 as currently designed for 4 players.
  • Magnet game pieces were too strong! ๐Ÿ˜‚
  • Trying to figure how to add 4 player battles. I'm thinking it will be 2 teams of 2 battling.

Metal Ring Toss Game
Rules & Game Variations

Race ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Difficulty: Easiest
Length of Play: Shortest
Number of Players: 2

Game Play: Use top scoring rings, and start with the scoring rings in the outer slots closest to each player. Move your ring forward one slot towards the center with every successful ringer.

To Win: The first person to make 5 ringers and reach the top center slot, wins.

Alternate Variation: Race to the center and back (10 ringers) for a longer game!

Battle โš”๏ธ

Difficulty: Medium
Length of Play: Medium
Number of Players: 2

Game Play: Use bottom scoring ring, and start with scoring ring in center slot. Begin tossing rings. As you score a ringer, advance the scoring ring forward one slot towards your opponent.

To Win: The first person to advance the scoring ring past the last slot and off the bridge, wins.

Race to Battle ๐Ÿคบ

Difficulty: Most Difficult
Length of Play: Longest
Number of Players: 2

Game Play: Use both top and bottom scoring rings. Start with the top scoring rings in the outer slots closest to each player like it's a race and the bottom scoring ring in the center ready for battle. Begin tossing rings and moving your top scoring ring forward one slot towards the center with every successful ringer as a normal race. ย But, when you reach the center slot at the top, you then start the battle, advancing the bottom scoring ring forward towards your opponent with every subsequent ringer. A player cannot start battling below until they first reach the top center scoring slot.

To Win: The first person to advance the bottom scoring ring past last slot and off the bridge, wins. You may lose the race, but you could still win the battle!

Alternate Variations: Race to the center and back (10 ringers) before starting the battle. Or after a player wins the battle for the bridge at the bottom, that player continues the game by returning to the top scoring rings and then with each subsequent ringer, moves their ring back one slot towards their initial starting position.

The player who was knocked off the bridge must then make a redemption ringer to get back on the bridge. Once back on the bridge, with every subsequent ringer, the player can move his top scoring ring back one slot towards their starting slot position. The player who makes it back to the starting position wins!

Congratulations! Your troops advanced to the top of the hill, then charged to take the strategic bridge, and then you raced back to your home base!
